The personal data listed above can be obtained automatically directly from you in a digital environment, and some of these data may also be collected through non-automatic methods.
Due to the fact that it is clearly stipulated in the laws in accordance with KVKK Art.5/2a and for the purpose of Execution of information security processes and conducting storage and archive activities;
Pursuant to the Internet Law (Article 7/2) of the Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Broadcasts Made on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed Through These Broadcasts in order to carry out information security processes;

Provided that it is directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract regulated in KVKK Article 5/2c, it is necessary to process personal data of the parties to the contract

Pursuant to the Burden of Proof of the Clarification in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Complied with in Fulfilling the Obligation of Clarification in order to fulfil the obligation of proof of KVKK (5-e);

Your personal data shall be transferred to the relevant authorities without the obligation of disclosure and without your explicit consent, if requested within the framework of KVKK Art. 28/1.

Your personal data shall not be transferred to any institution, person, or organization, except without your explicit consent within the scope of our legal obligations.
Data Subjects must first apply to the Data Controller in order to exercise their rights regarding their personal data. According to Article 14 of KVKK, no direct complaint can be made to the Personal Data Protection Board.
According to the relevant law Data Subjects have;
a) the right to know whether data concerning him or her are being processed,
b) If their personal data has been processed, to request information regarding this,

i) right to request the compensation of the damage in case of any damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
